Parents unhappy with PBA

SEVERAL parents of state badminton players are alleging that the Penang Badminton Association (PBA) committee members are biased.

Factory director Cheah Hup Lim, 44, who spoke on behalf of the group of 15 parents, claimed there were elements of favouritism practised by the PBA.
