SIBU: Head of State Tun Muhammad Salahuddin’s wife Toh Puan Norkiah has been conferred the Honorary Doctorate of Humanities by Victoria University, Switzerland.
She received it from university president Dr Dai Xulong at Kolej ITA’s convocation ceremony here yesterday.
