SINGLE mothers have a chance to upskill themselves with a professional certificate under a programme collaboration between Open University Malaysia (OUM) and non-governmental organisation Single Mothers International (SMI).
The certificate programme would equip single mothers with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in various areas including Human Resources and Information Technology, said SMI chief operating officer K.S. Vasan.
