GOPRO has launched its latest Hero 3+ High Definition (HD) point-of-view video camera in Kuala Lumpur.

The company, through its local distributor Funsportz Sdn Bhd, also organised a training session for its dealers during the event.

Funsports Sdn Bhd director Khoo Boo Hian said the latest Hero 3+ HD camera boasts a series of features that put it ahead of its competitors.

“Extreme sports enthusiasts such as mountain bikers, dirt bike riders and surfers can expect the Hero 3+ to last 30% longer in terms of battery life.

“Apart from that, the new video camera is also more compact and lighter. It is versatile with more than 36 different kinds of accessories that will enable the camera to be mounted on vehicles, bikes and watercraft.”

Khoo added that the new products are competitively priced.

The GoPro Hero 3+ “Black Edition” retails at RM1,499, while the normal “Silver Hero 3+” retails at RM1,199.
