A TOTAL of 79 children from Tadika Perkim in Jalan Utama, Penang, had a whale of a time painting murals on the back wall of their kindergarten.
They carried out the project with the help of 30 students from the different faculties of Han Chiang College (HCC) Penang as well as the staffers of the Penang Municipal Council’s (MPPP) Recreation, Tourism and International Affairs Department.
