THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) has blacklisted seven companies for putting up illegal banners this year. They included the banner advertising company which was blacklisted on Tuesday.
Municipal councillor Ong Ah Teong said the council forfeited RM6,780 in deposits from the six blacklisted earlier.
