FOOD vendors who do not reuse old cooking oil or put additives in their cooking should be recognised, suggested a health expert.
National Poison Centre fellow Dr T. Jayabalan said local authorities could incorporate this aspect into their food hygiene requirements so that consumers would be better informed of foods they consume.
