The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) hopes to fully implement and enforce the new Strata Management (Act 757) soon to help overcome weaknesses and grey areas in the former guidelines.
Mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said the new Act, which re-placed the Building and Joint Pro-perty (Management and Maintaince) 2007 (Act 663) and Strata Ownership Act 1985 (Act 318), was comprehensive and clearly defined.
