KUCHING: The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Sheda) said more funds should be sought for public housing projects instead of making it harder for potential buyers to secure housing loans or increasing the compliance cost.
The umbrella body for private developers told The Star it hoped measures like the much-debated Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) would not increase.
