Dayak community urged to set up own financial body along the lines of Baitulmal


KUCHING: Dayak associations have been urged to form one body as a springboard for members of the community to enter the business world.

Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud said since the Malay and Muslim communities already had Baitulmal to provide such assistance, it was time for the Dayaks to follow suit.
