SIBU: Tailor Ling Ee Ching is on cloud nine again after winning four prizes at the recent 13th National Congress of the Federation of Tailors Guilds Malaysia in Seremban.
Ling, 42, who has been in the tailoring business since he was 18 years old, took the gold in the Golden Thread and Needle category (cutting), another gold and a silver in the creativity category and a bronze in the Office Wear category.
