THE Federal Government’s promise to give priority to Perak to install gas pipelines from Ayer Tawar to Lahat is a blessing for local manufacturing industries in the Kinta Valley.
Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers Perak branch chairman Datuk Gan Tack Kong said the state would lose out tremendously if it still did not have a gas pipeline or gas supply to its industries in the next 10 years.
