SIBU: The High Court here has dismissed an injunction application made by a company at Jalan Teku Barat here to prevent Syarikat Sesco Bhd (Sesco) from disconnecting electricity supply to its premises.
The company that runs a business of manufacturing soft drinks and drinking water, has previously applied to the High Court for an injunction to prevent Sesco from disconnecting electricity supply to their premises.
