A BILLBOARD tower being built at a busy traffic light junction on Jalan Tambun is causing fear among motorists in Ipoh.
The ongoing construction of the steel structure, situated frighteningly near the slip road leading to the North-South Expressway, has also led to many people asking if the foundation was strong enough to support the tower’s weight and height.
