LOW Swee Loy and two farmers have been making a living by planting vegetables in Kampung Tanah Hitam, Chemor, for many decades.

However, the arrival of a man, who claimed that he was granted a Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) for the 1ha land over six months ago, has thrown their lives into disarray.
