KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian security forces were honoured at the 60th birthday celebrations of the Sabah Yang DiPertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin on Oct 5.
Armed Forces chief Gen Tan Sri Zulkefeli Mohd Zin and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Khalid Ab Bakar were among the six recipients of the highest state award, the Seri Panglima Darjah Kinabalu (SPDK) carrying the title Datuk Seri Panglima.
