Bowler and gymnast named Sportsboy and Sportsgirl of the Year

BOWLER Muhammad Rafiq Ismail and rhythmic gymnast Iman Iskandar Chan were named Selangor Schools Sport Council (MSSS) Sportsboy and Sportsgirl of the Year, respectively, at the Midlands Convention Centre in Shah Alam recently.

Muhammad Rafiq, a Form Four student at SMK Bukit Indah, Ampang, impressed in local and international competition. He won two golds, a silver and a bronze medal in the Milo-Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) Bowling Championships, as well as a bronze medal at the Astro National Championships and a silver and bronze in the Inter-state Championships.
