KUCHING: Instacom Group Bhd’s substantial shareholder Ngu Sing Hieng has cut his stake in the company by more than 30% in less than a month.
Ngu, also an executive director, had sold about 31.8 million shares in a series of disposal in the open market over three weeks, reducing his holding to close to 70.23 million units or 10%.
