KUCHING: The latest Auditor General’s Report on the performance of state government departments and companies last year has found that there are weaknesses in planning, implementation and monitoring.
Tan Sri Ambrin Buang said the main cause of the weaknesses was the lack of training of the civil servants involved and the absence of effective supervision of subordinates, contractors and vendors.
