Project 'parked' behind fence

AN assemblyman will forward a request to the Penang Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to investigate the delay in the rebuilding of the ‘Kancil car park’ at the foot of Penang Hill.

Pulau Betong assemblyman Muhamad Farid Saad, who is a PAC member, said Penang Development Corporation (PDC) had failed to properly manage the project and the car park was still not rebuilt after almost a year.
