SIBU: Those choosing to become members of Toastmasters Clubs have made a very wise decision.
Local Government and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh said this at the installation of Swan City Toastmasters Club and Rainball Toastmasters Club here, adding that by becoming members, they could learn how to communicate effectively and become the leaders of tomorrow.
