KUCHING: Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah has called on those tasked with implementing educational transformation programmes to do so guided by the local context.
She said for collective survival as a multi-racial, multi-religious and multi-cultural society, teachers and education leaders must be able to see education beyond the technical perspective.
