RESIDENTS of low-cost terrace houses in Taman Sungai Besi Indah, Seri Kembangan are a happy lot as they will finally get their land titles after 21 years of waiting.
The 102 houseowners were present at a briefing recently with Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah, lawyers and the current developers’ representatives, to explain the procedures to get their titles.
