IT was all fun and games at the Children’s Carnival and Food Fair, held to raise funds for the fourth Penang International Kids Storytelling Festival 2013 (Pinks Fest).

Pinks Fest organising chairperson Dr Anna Christina Abdullah said the festival, organised by the Penang Education Council, aimed to promote literacy, creativity and intellectual development of children.
