MORE than 40 delegates from the Shunde district in the Guangdong Province in China spent four days in Penang to promote their culture, heritage and food.

The delegates comprising 12 government officials and 30 stage performers from the Shunde district also exchanged cultural and food experiences and knowledge with Penangites.
