KUCHING: Borneo Development Corporation (BDC) Sdn Bhd has launched Phase Six and Seven of its Dusun Bayu residential project, which will add another 104 medium-cost units to the Demak Laut area near here.
Prices range from RM380,000 per unit during the promotional period to just above RM500,000 per unit.
