KUCHING: A dispute over native customary rights (NCR) land bet-ween a plantation company and two individuals will now go to trial at the High Court here after efforts to reach an out-of-court settlement failed.
The case involved Harn Len Pelita Bengunan Sdn Bhd and the two men, Augustine Gawan James Evin and Sili Jampong.
