MIRI: Sarawak Energy Bhd believes that the current blockade by 100 or so Penans at the RM3bil Murum hydroelectric dam site is the result of instigation by a non-governmental organisation (NGO).
The Penans affected by the project had staged another blockade because it was alleged that none of what had been promised to them had materialised.
