KUCHING: School canteens in Sarawak have been challenged to obtain the halal certification, following in the footsteps of SMK St Teresa.
Welfare, Women and Community Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said SMK St Teresa’s success in having a halal-certified canteen was a commendable achievement that emphasised on food safety as well as cleanliness and healthy eating.
