JOHOR BARU: A special panel of inquiry will be formed soon to consolidate all the findings by different agencies on the Genting Highlands bus tragedy.

Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar said there had been much speculation and contradictory statements on the cause of the tragic bus crash because many agencies were unsure of their respective responsibilities or areas of concern when such accidents happened.
