PBB senior veep not eyeing higher post in party elections in October


KUCHING: PBB senior vice-president Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hassan prefers the status quo and will not aim for higher post in the party elections scheduled to take place this October.

He said the status quo would ensure that there would be continuity in the leadership led by Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud, who is also party president.
