MALAYSIA is ahead of many countries in terms of providing one-stop services to the people, said Canada-based Institute for Citizen Centered Services co-founder Dr Derek Brian Marson.
During his visit to the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in Ipoh, he said there were not many countries in the world that offered such extensive services as those provided under one roof by the federal, state and local level.
