KUCHING: City folk can expect a grander Mid-Autumn Festival this year as it coincides with Sarawak’s 50th anniversary of independence within Malaysia.

Kuching City South Council (MBKS) mayor Datuk James Chan is collaborating with Cats FM executive director Datin Hanifah Taib Alsree and Federation of Kuching and Samarahan Divisions Chinese Associations president Temenggong Lu Kim Yong for the event on Sept 19.
