Xx: The retractable roof (white roof) offers the much welcome shelter from hot sun and rain for visitors at the lower station of Penang Hill.

VISITORS to Penang Hill can enjoy shelter from the hot sun or rain, now that there is a retractable roof at the lower sta-tion.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who launched the activation of the roof device, said it was part of a RM3.7mil upgrading project for the lower and upper stations.
