I WORK in Putrajaya and I have noticed that besides the reported theft of cables that occurred a few months ago at Precinct 3, several manhole covers along the cycling and pedestrian track at several places in Precinct 2 and 3 have also gone missing recently.
While some of the manhole covers have been replaced, the remaining metal covers continue to be the target of thieves.
