RESIDENTS in SS4D, Kelana Jaya, can now sigh with relief as the two retention ponds to resolve flash floods in their area are finally being built after being postponed for almost a year due to a technical delay.
The move came about to address residents complaints that during a downpour, water entered their homes, causing damage to their properties.
