A COMMISSIONER of Oaths who claimed he was cheated by an accessories shop over his car air-conditioning problem was allowed a refund of RM80 by the Consumer Claims Tribunal in George Town.
Dr E. Selvarahjoo said he went to the shop in Chai Leng Park, Prai, on May 25 at about 9.30am when he and his wife were on their way to Kuala Lumpur.
