Perplexed by council’s instructions


THE poultry, drink and food traders at the Pasir Puteh market are now stuck in a quandary after receiving verbal instructions from Ipoh City Council officers to temporarily shift within the market area.

Poultry seller Yip Loy Swee, 78, said the officers came last week and told the four poultry stall owners that the council planned to upgrade their stalls.
