NEWLY appointed Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) councillor Nur Zarina Zakaria is all geared up to serve the local community especially women.
The 32-year-old mother of four, who is an advocate of gender equality and empowerment, hopes that her appointment as one of the two women councillors in MPPP would inspire other female leaders to take up significant roles in the society.
