TWO pairs of twins were among 341 students in the state, who received rewards from the Penang Government for excelling in the 2012 SPM examination.
Jesline Tang Chia Ling, who scored 9A+ and her sister, Vivian Tang Chia Yen, who scored 8A+, both from Penang Chinese Girls Private High School, said they were ecstatic to receive recognition from the state.
