RESIDENTS staying along the Jelapang town main road have complained that lorries carrying soil and other construction items to a nearby construction site caused the surrounding area to be dusty and the road sides are filled with sand for about two months.

Hawker Kok Yoon Leong, 50, who sold drinks at a coffeeshop on the main road, said the dust was so bad that it affected his business and customers.
