INSP Foong Jia Jui was already proud to be serving in the police force but earning his “wings” as a General Operations Air (GOA) unit pilot was a new high for him.
The 31-year-old, who hails from Kuala Lumpur, was among 20 pilots and 12 observers who graduated from the GOA training centre in Ipoh earlier this year.
