THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ), in a move to improve cleanliness in Section 14, Petaling Jaya, plans to replace old dustbins by end of this month and overcome parking woes by carrying out more enforcement measures in the area.
This comes after a StarMetro report titled “Implement pro-active measures”, which highlighted the lack of cleanliness and parking space here recently.
