Residents of Batu 3½, Jalan Klang Lama are unhappy over Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) move to shut down the traffic light and remove a U-turn just opposite Vikas International School to facilitate traffic studies.
They highlighted their woes to Seputeh MP Teresa Kok at a press conference recently.
