THE Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) may take legal action against Menara Biru Sdn Bhd and its lawyer for tarnishing the council’s image.
State executive councillor Datuk Teng Chang Khim said the statement by the company and its lawyer that the council refused to settle payments due was baseless.
