A LIGHT breeze greeted Ipoh International Starwalk 2013 participants as the sea of walkers gathered in front of Stadium Indera Mulia for the event.
The participants came as early as 5.30am and filled up the area with a record-breaking 17,800 participants, most of whom took part in the non-competition category.
