Enggang Flats Carnival marks start of special project to unite multi-ethnic community

Generating income: The Enggang Flats Carnival (Karnival Pangsapuri Enggang) included a small bazaar with traders comprising flat residents setting up stalls to sell food and drinks, handicrafts, clothes and accessories.

WHILE the craft project appeared simple, the scale model of the Enggang Flats was a reflection of Nor Hafizzuliana Yahaya’s aspirations for the six-block flats in Bandar Kinrara 6, Puchong.

The 14-year-old budding architect had designed a “landscape” that included a football field, swimming pool, park, multi-storey carpark and facilities such as a clinic, bank, cafe, mini market and kindergarten.
