WHILE not new to campaigning or being an elected representative, Datuk Dr Tan Kee Kwong enters the elections this time as one of the “fresh” faces of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR). He is making his debut as the party’s candidate for Wangsa Maju in the 13th general election (GE13).
He joined PKR in 2008 after the political tsunami, saying he had tried his best to effect change from within but could not.
