Kuantan folk find UTC an ease to running errands

KUANTAN: The one-stop centre concept of the Pahang Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in the heart of Kuantan has received a positive feedback from local town folk.

Retiree Osman Abdullah, 62, said the establishment of UTC meant he did not have to travel as far as 10km to run his errands such as renewing road tax or paying utility bills.
