KUANTAN: More youths and school leavers who scored excellent results in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination have take up courses in skills development programme.

Deputy Human Resources Minister Senator Datuk Maznah Mazlan said in the past, taking up skills courses would be the last resort as students would want to take up other courses with their good examination results.
